Besides the Young Producers’ Prize, VGF also awards office scholarships at the Bavarian Film Centre (Bayerisches Filmzentrum). Scholarships are awarded by the Supervisory Body on the recommendation of the Management or the members of the Supervisory Body.
Young and independent producers who have the goal of producing feature films can apply for a VGF scholarship. VGF finances a furnished office at the Bavarian Film Centre for a period of 18 months.

The application should include an informal cover(ing) letter, a CV and a detailed project plan. If available, an extract from the commercial register should be enclosed. Six copies of the documents must be submitted.
